• We purchase a large number of distressed homes across the United State from banks at huge discounts, and then sell and manage the homes. Banks are often forced to sell homes at extremely depressed prices in order to get them of their books as non-performing asset in an attempt to comply with Federal regulations.
This economic downturn has created an unprecedented opportunity for investors. An additional unpredicted outcome is the opportunity to help thousands of lower income families purchase their own home with a payment that is the same as the rent they would have to pay in their own neighborhood and have real equity from day one – a true win/win for everyone. We are able to accomplish what the federal government was purporting to do and failed, resulting in the financial crisis we no find ourselves in.
• We may also purchase commercial properties, e.g. apartments, shopping centers, office buildings and deeply discounted notes.
• We intend to allocate up to 30% of the portfolio to more liquid alternative investment strategies to provide liquidity and diversification to the portfolio.
• We may purchase various properties in highly desirable locations around the world to be made available to the members of the Company for vacation when possible.
